all staff were extremely friendly. had comfy room to myself, with nice decor. it had a private bathroom. the location was marvellous, a 5-minute drive to piazzale michelangelo.

florence made everything for all of us. had everything we needed, would recommend.

this place is awesome! super clean, and the location couldn't be better – just a 2-min walk to the Duomo. got some cool local tips from the staff too. oh, and the contactless checking and checkout was a breeze.

Great value for money and the room was exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff was responsive and helpful.

Stayed at a cozy place that felt like I was in a sardine can. And the smell? Oh, it was like a delightful mix of sewer and roses.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city center. Despite being centrally located, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. the apartment itself was modern and cool, with all the necessary amenities for a short stay. the room was spacious and had recently been renovated, with some great technological features like USB charger ports and LED lighting. We also appreciated the climate control panel and heated towel racks in the ensuite bathroom. we had a great experience at Mamo Florence , Pop Tower.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was right in the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was cool and modern, with a funky style that added to the overall experience. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The staff provided excellent support via WhatsApp, even late at night after a difficult journey. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
